一、美国ITC正式对半导体器件及其下游产品启动337调查
2024年8月27日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对特定半导体器件及其下游产品（Certain Semiconductor Devices and Products Containing the Same）启动337调查（调查编码：337-TA-1414）。
2024年7月26日，美国Infineon Technologies Americas Corp. of El Segundo, California、奥地利Infineon Technologies Austria AG of Villach, Austria向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品违反了美国337条款（侵权美国注册专利号9,899,481、8,686,562、9,070,755、8,264,003），请求美国ITC发布有限排除令、禁止令。
中国江苏Innoscience (Suzhou) Technology Company, Ltd. of China英诺赛科（苏州）科技股份有限公司、中国江苏Innoscience (Suzhou) Semiconductor Co., Ltd. of China英诺赛科（苏州）半导体有限公司、中国广东Innoscience (Zhuhai) Technology Company, Ltd. of China英诺赛科（珠海）科技有限公司、美国Innoscience America, Inc. of Santa Clara, CA为列名被告。
美国国际贸易委员会将于立案后45天内确定调查结束期。除美国贸易代表基于政策原因否决的情况外，美国国际贸易委员会在337案件中发布的救济令自发布之日生效并于发布之日后的第60日起具有终局效力。

2024年8月22日，日本Maxell, Ltd.根据《美国1930年关税法》第337节规定向美国际贸易委员会提出申请，主张对美出口、在美进口及销售的特定智能电视（Certain Smart Televisions）违反了美国337条款。
