2024年12月6日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定电子烟产品（Certain Disposable Vaporizer Devices，调查编码：337-TA-1410）作出337部分终裁：对本案行政法官于2024年11月5日作出的初裁（No.26）不予复审，即基于同意令，终止对列名被告美国Bidi Vapor, LLC of Orlando, FL的调查并发布一项同意令。
2024年10月8日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布终裁：对本案行政法官于2024年9月16日作出的初裁（No.17）不予复审，即认定中国香港Vapeonly Technology Co.
