一、美国ITC发布对电子烟产品的337部分终裁

2024年12月18日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定电子烟产品（Certain Disposable Vaporizer Devices，调查编码：337-TA-1410）作出337部分终裁：对本案行政法官于2024年11月19日作出的初裁（No.28）不进行修改、推翻或撤销，该初裁为拒绝临时救济措施（TEO）。

2024年12月6日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布终裁：对本案行政法官于2024年11月5日作出的初裁（No.26）不予复审，即基于同意令，终止对列名被告美国Bidi Vapor, LLC of Orlando, FL的调查并发布一项同意令。

2024年10月8日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布终裁：对本案行政法官于2024年9月16日作出的初裁（No.17）不予复审，即认定中国香港Vapeonly Technology Co. 2024年12月16日，美国Optimum Communications Services, Inc.根据《美国1930年关税法》第337节规定向美国际贸易委员会提出申请，主张对美出口、在美进口及销售的特定支持NETCONF的无源光网络设备（Certain Passive Optical Network Equipment Supporting NETCONF）违反了美国337条款。

2024年12月19日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对特定无线通信设备及其组件（Certain Wireless Communication Devices and Components Thereof）启动337调查（调查编码：337-TA-1429）。

2024年11月18日，韩国International Semiconductor Group Co., Ltd. of Seoul, South Korea向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品违反了美国337条款（侵权美国注册专利号10,575,262、9,271,308、10,111,227、10,616,919），请求美国ITC发布有限排除令、禁止令。

美国Dell Technologies Inc. of Round Rock, TX、美国Dell Products L.P. of Round Rock, TX、中国四川Dell (Chengdu) Co. Ltd. of China戴尔（成都）有限公司、美国HP, Inc. of Palo Alto, CA、美国Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co. of Spring, TX、中国香港Lenovo Group Limited of China、美国Lenovo (United States) Inc. of Morrisville, NC为列名被告。
