二、美国ITC发布对应用无线通信技术的车载电脑系统、车队管理和基于视频的安全系统、设备及其组件的337部分终裁
2026年2月5日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定应用无线通信技术的车载电脑系统、车队管理和基于视频的安全系统、设备及其组件（Certain Vehicle Telematics, Fleet Management, and Video-Based Safety Systems, Devices, and Components Thereof，调查编码：337-TA-1393）作出337部分终裁：通过对本案行政法官于2025年9月22日作出的最终初裁（FID）进行部分复审，确认不存在侵权，并终止本案调查。
2024年3月12日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对特定应用无线通信技术的车载电脑系统、车队管理和基于视频的安全系统、设备及其组件（Certain Vehicle Telematics, Fleet Management, and Video-Based Safety Systems, Devices, and Components Thereof）启动337调查（调查编码：337-TA-1393）。
2024年2月9日，美国Samsara Inc. of San Francisco, CA向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品违反了美国337条款（侵权美国注册专利号11,190,373、11,127,130、11,611,621），请求美国ITC发布有限排除令、禁止令。
美国Motive Technologies Inc. of San Francisco, CA为列名被告。
