2026年6月18日，美国Sila Nanotechnologies, Inc.、美国Georgia Tech Research Corporation根据《美国1930年关税法》第337节规定向美国际贸易委员会提出申请，主张对美出口、在美进口及销售的特定用于电池电芯和电池的负极材料（Certain Anode Materials for Use in Battery Cells and Batteries）违反了美国337条款。

中国浙江Carbon ONE New Energy Group Co., Ltd. of China碳一新能源集团有限责任公司、中国浙江Carbon One New Energy (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. of China碳一新能源（杭州）有限责任公司、中国浙江Zhejiang Lichen New Material Technology Co., Ltd.of China浙江锂宸新材料科技有限公司为列名被告。

二、美国ITC发布对陀螺稳定电动独轮车及其组件和下游产品的337部分终裁

2026年6月18日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定陀螺稳定电动独轮车及其组件和下游产品（Certain Gyro-Stabilized Electric Unicycles and Components Thereof and Products Containing the Same，调查编码：337-TA-1488）作出337部分终裁：对本案行政法官于2026年5月21日作出的初裁（No.11）不予复审，即基于和解，终止对列名被告中国广东Inmotion Technologies Co., Ltd. d/b/a Inmotion of China深圳乐行天下科技有限公司的调查。

2026年3月2日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对特定陀螺稳定电动独轮车及其组件和下游产品（Certain Gyro-Stabilized Electric Unicycles and Components Thereof and Products Containing the Same）启动337调查（调查编码：337-TA-1488）。

2026年1月21日，美国Inventist, Inc. of Camas, Washington、美国Alien Technology Group, Inc.d/b/a Alien Rides of San Francisco, California向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品违反了美国337条款（侵权美国注册专利号8,807,250、D729,698），请求美国ITC发布普遍排除令或有限排除令、禁止令。
