2026年6月22日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定车辆零部件及其组件（Certain Vehicle Parts and Components Thereof，调查编码：337-TA-1491）作出337部分终裁：对本案行政法官于2026年5月21日作出的初裁（No.14）不予复审，即补充本案调查，（1）增补中国江苏Changzhou Gete Vehicle Parts Co.LTD常州歌特车辆部件有限公司、中国江苏Changzhou Huirui Car Industry Co. 2026年6月22日，美国The Ergobaby Carrier, Inc.根据《美国1930年关税法》第337节规定向美国际贸易委员会提出申请，主张对美出口、在美进口及销售的特定可调节儿童背带及其组件（Certain Adjustable Child Carriers and Components Thereof）违反了美国337条款。
